I tend to be traveling a lot lately and that is hindering my schedule with swaps. :( However, I am an artist of many guises. I love my two black and white cats, I paint portraits, or furniture, murals, I sew clothing, home decor and especially Halloween Costumes!! I love Halloween and everything about it!! I am an avid gemstone junkie, I love mad libs and find it extremely amusing to read the personal ads in the local free publication LOL. I am funloving, a Sagittarius, I love the cosmos, nature, songbirds, motivating quotes and laughter. I can find humor in just about anything. In my life, I have been the costume designer for a local opera company in Los Angeles, stage performers in New York and Las Vegas and Photoshoots. I love crafts as they are truly enjoyable especially with found objects!

Hi, my name is Hazel, I am an admitted fabriholic and craft supplies junkie, I have tried several rehab programs all to which have failed miserably, not to mention have only magnified the addiction.

I love abstract art though that is not typically the art in which I tend to paint myself

I am a pretty easy going, funloving wacky chick.

I have enjoyed making jewelry for some years now. I am expanding into much more organic and artistic venues for that hoping to get my Etsy shop going. I also simply adore making body products!! From Cold Process soap, shampoo bars, bath fizzies, massage melts, lip balm, lotion, bath soaks, linen spray...and just about anything that stems even further into my imagination.

I enjoy collage as an artform as well as in my jewelry. Paper quilling is my new fascination as well as portraits using various collage methods that would be deemed "unusual". :)

I also love smocking! Any hand work associated with sewing is so relaxing to me and I am getting back into that realm which has been quite gratifying. So if anyone out there has some old ideas or instructions on old smocking I would love that! I am currently doing Canadian Smocking which is absolutely delightful but there were many different kinds throughout history.

My favorite movies run in the real of severe variety but I think you might be able to pick up a trend...most are quite dramatic in costume :)

I think you get the point, I typically like to do things while watching a movie because I just like the background noise, however those listed above mesmerized me and I actually watched them.

I am so new to these swaps. I really hope you will be patient with me as I try to maneuver through the site. Sometimes, I get lost on what swap I am in or where my partner is and all of that. I am a pro at random things...TRULY RANDOM
