Hi! My name is Sue and I live in Tasmania.

I love bushwalking, hiking, photography, nature, animals, the night sky, and I enjoy riding my bike in the early hours of the morning when it's nice and quiet and get to see the sunrise and the local wildlife.

I mostly like reading historical fiction and contemporary Australian stories, but also enjoy an occasional dystopian, apocalyptic, and paranormal book.

I enjoy a wide range of movies. I'm a huge fan of James Dean and Arnold Schwarzenegger and I love Studio Ghibli movies. My all time favourite movies are Rebel Without A Cause, My Neighbour Totoro, the Terminator movies and Close Encounters Of The Third Kind. I also enjoy some nature documentaries (in particular David Attenborough) and movies of people finding their way in life, like The Way, Into The Woods.

Some of my favourite TV series are Seinfeld, Once Upon A Time, Madam Secretary, Supernatural, Medium, Blindspot, The X Files and My Kitchen Rules. I also like watching series on streaming channels, the latest one I enjoyed was Alaska Daily.

I love collecting postcards from around the world and learning interesting little facts from people who send them.

I especially love postcards that depict a country's native wildlife, city views, landscapes, and pictures of the night sky including auroras. My favourite places in the world are Alaska, Pacific North West in USA, and the Yorkshire Dales in the UK. But all postcards are always appreciated!

I prefer postcards sent without envelopes.

I don't collect stamps so I am quite happy to receive prepaid postcards.

Please do not send me postcards that are advertising (unless it's for something that I like), handmade, or contain rude, crude, or explicit content in any way shape or form. But I am happy to receive your own photos made into postcards!

I'm a taphophile - someone who likes cemeteries - and I love studying headstones and photographing graves and cemeteries.

I also love ghost hunting and like investigating things and reading about ghost hunters or watching TV shows about them, like The Other Side and Hauntings Australia.
