Hi Everyone, My name is Lynda and I live in British Columbia, Canada. I am a retired English teacher and I am a very involved and loving grandma to my 5 beautiful grandkids. I just got back from a two month trip to Australia. My 5 grown kids sent me as a surprise Xmas gift so that I could be there at the birth of my newest little grandson. It was great to visit "Down Under" and be with my daughter and her partner and baby. I'm looking forward to a trip to Bermuda in the spring with one of my sons and his wife.Now that I have more time, I'm really into paper crafting with my Cricut. I make cards and albums. I also love to knit and crochet and make lots of items for my grandchildren. Another interest of mine is family history. I have been working on this for years and have traced one branch of my family directly to John Howland who came to America on the Mayflower. Pretty cool!

Books-I'm a voracious reader! Paper -all kinds Stickers, embellishments Pens, pencils Any scrapbooking materials Christmas- pretty much everything about it! Socks: size 8-10, I think thats a medium Tea, especially black teas like Earl Grey Coffee- I now have a Keurig single shot machine so I'm enjoying getting different coffee and tea pods Cats- I have 2 gorgeous cats, Honey and Molly, that I love Movies- I especially enjoy film festival / foreign ones Baking- I make delicious bread Pandora charms- I just got my first Pandora bracelet ( I realize these would be too expensive for swaps!) Bracelets generally Earrings- danglers or studs Chocolates, candy Flowers, of course! White ones are best :) Travelling: I have been to New York( absolutely amazing!!!), California, Cuba ( awesome-the people were wonderful!), Hawaii 3 times, Australia, England, France, Holland, Germany I hope to travel more in the future. I like so many things...I guess its time to stop for now!
