I am a tattooed mommy of 2. Don't let the tats fool you I am completely lame :) Cool but lame. I wish I was cooler though, I want to be the cool mom, the one whose house everyone wants to come over and play at. I want to make bagel bites for them like the mom in the commercials, I am jealous of her. I am also jealous of everyone with a mini van! YES! I am a mom who wants a mini van! I would love to be able to pick up my nephew or the kids friends, but nope..I can fit their 2 carseats in my car and that is all. Boo.

By saying I wanted to be the cool mom, does not mean I am one of those mom who wants to be her kids best friend and not parent. I am very strict!

Some of my hobbies...I love taking pictures of the kids, my favorite place is the beach,(OBX to be specific) I love lighthouses and climbing them, even though I am afraid of heights. I have been known to go as fast as I can up one and be completely out of breath by the time I get to the top. I will go out, and walk around it once, but I hate stopping on the way up! I love to read! I am currently hooked on The Immortal Instruments series. Almost done with Book 5. Oh I also love stars!

Halloween is my favorite holiday.We did a zombie walk with the kids last year, and it was awesome! This does not make me a bad mom, the kids knew it was all people in makeup and wanted to go, they had a blast! I am waiting until October 1st to decorate...I am going to make a Halloween wreath this year and can't wait to see how it turns out!

I have an extreme phobia to popsicle sticks or any wooden items like that. My favorite color is green and I dislike yellow. I have an obsession with makeup and hair products. I don't get them like I used to before I had kids. It kinda sucks, but they are way more important to me then material things. As a stay at home on a very tight budget, things are extremely tough, but I wouldn't give up being home with them for anything!! We learn to get by. We don't have the luxuries everyone else does, a simple meal out is a big splurge for us, but we have each other and that is what matters!

My kids are my world. I think my purpose in life was to be a mom. My world really started 7 years ago when I gave birth to my son. I couldn't ask for better kids!

Shane is 7 and loves Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and anything ninjas. He also loves Ninjago and How to train your Dragon. He is obsessed with the video game Plants vs Zombies. He loves crabs and the beach as well. He says, for now, he wants to be a marine biologist when he grows up. He plays soccer and does Cub Scouts.His favorite color is blue. He is funny, and just so darn handsome it hurts. School started less than a month ago and he is on girlfriend #3. I am not okay with this. Girls need to back off my man.

Saige is 4 and loves Doc McStuffins, Sophia the First, all Disney Princesses but Ariel is her favorite at the moment. She loves mermaids. Her favorite colors are pink and purple. She is an absolute riot and amuses me on a daily basis. She has the attitude of a teenager, which I am not very fond of and wonder if I will take up drinking when she actually is one. She has a funky little style, and I love her outfits she picks out for herself. She loves anything glittery, which I also cannot stand. She also plays soccer, this is her first year. Watching 4 year olds play soccer is highly amusing.

The Walking Dead (best show on tv) Pretty Little Liars yes a 30+change yr old woman who watches a teen show, I can't believe I am admitting it on here. While I am at it, I also watch The Vampire Diaries, another teen show, but dang..have you seen the guys on that show? True Blood, only when they come out on dvd, we don't have HBO. Also still a fan of Grey's Anatomy.
