Hi hon' - this is all new to me but I would love to sign up fro your Random Goddies Swap but my rating is at 0 - I just got sent this link by a friend and it looks like it would be a blast - I'm very interested but unfortunately the rules have stated I need a 4.7 (I think it was) to be able to do it - how does a person start out in getting signed up if you must have a spacific "level" - I do understand - I'm just trying to learn...Thanks for your time....
