Hello! I live in Nottingham where I'm studying for my chemistry degree at university. I have been vegan for over two years now and really enjoy finding tasty vegan food and baking my own yummy vegan treats! I like cute clothes and accessories and I'm always happy when I find or get given a nice scarf to add to my ever-growing collection. I really enjoy Harry Potter (hence my username!) and I think that I am probably a Ravenclaw. I would also appreciate any butterfly themed items as I think they are very pretty. My favourite colour is purple/violet.

My favourite artists are: Radiohead, Janelle Monáe, Grimes, The xx, The Antlers, Sufjan Stevens, Against Me!, and Lauryn Hill. I also enjoy musical theatre and I have seen a few shows live. My favourite musical is Les Misérables , but I would love to see Hamilton after listening through the soundtrack many times!

My favourite show ever is Community, and I also like: Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Legend of Korra, Orange is the New Black (although I'm not as enthused about the later seasons), Black Mirror (especially the San Junipero episode!), Stranger Things and House M.D. I'm currently watching The Good Place which seems a pretty fun and interesting show. My girlfriend also introduced me to Buffy and I had a lot of fun watching through that with her. I think it's important that shows and other media have positive LGBT+ representation

I am a big Harry Potter fan and I liked the movies. I also enjoy most Pixar movies and modern Disney films like Frozen, Zootopia and Moana.

I enjoy a variety of different genres, from fantasy novels to classical fiction. I obviously love the Harry Potter series and intend on reading through them again soon. I really like the books and plays of Oscar Wilde, as well as some of his essays. I also read non-fiction books and articles, ranging from socialist literature to popular science books.
