Comment: I'm disappointed that I have to give you a 3 for this swap. It was sent two weeks after the send-by date, and you didn't message me or respond to the message I sent asking what was up. In addition, the ATCs you sent did not fulfill the swap requirements. In the swap description, it explains how to make an altered text ATC. There's also an image of altered text and a link to examples of it. The ATCs you sent had words punched out of them, which is not what the swap specified.
