I am a stay at home mum (that sounds boring I know?!) from uk now living in sunny Melbourne Australia! Love animals (esp cats - have 3!!), drawing/crafting/sewing/creating, cake & tea, walking, trees, the beach, being lazy sometimes! and would love to start swaps as I always had penpals as a child and it was great fun to get cool stuff in the mail (lets face it, these days its mainly bills/junk in the mail for me). Love idea of getting to know other people from all over with similar interests, and to put together/receive fun swap packages to lift the day (and give postie something worth shoving in the mailbox!!). I love & collect vintage buttons too! & love vintage old stuff in general. Also like nature inspired things. Like a bit of colour in life! reds greens pinks & purples..floral/leaf design fabric & patterns. Love natural brown kraft paper and natural twine/string too! I ALWAYS SEND A PACKAGE/SWAP and will message you if 'life' has stopped me sending on time, so you know! WOULD LOVE ANY ITEM WRAPPED CREATIVELY, IE USING FABRIC, PAPER.STRING ETC... makes it so nice to open ;)

Love all sorts, eclectic taste in music from blues/rock/punk/indie (original) to eighties stuff and quirky female singers, like bertire blackman

Love making and creating stuff. Used to draw paint a lot, but now mainly use my design skills to create unique one off bits n bobs in FELT, which i love..adorned with beads buttons or fancy stitches. Love collecting vintage buttons! I make brooches, fabric pictures, cute birds, whatever i am in the mood for (and it changes often). Also enjoy paper collage/cutting. Happy in my own company or a cat or too while I create, or enjoy sharing creative time with kids & husband. love anything with mushroom/cute toadstool on/themed. Always love to make special cards for friends/families birthdays & christmas.

Love to laugh, find humour in most things (not always appropriate!!). Life has to be laughed at, cannot stand miserable grumpy people! ok im not always perfect but you know what I mean? Love nothing better than watching my favourite comedy shows and laughing myself silly!!

ok firstly not going overboard with an 'I want' list, rather to share things I like to get for myself/enjoy to help give people ideas about me, here goes: • Vintage/pretty buttons • mini brown/kraft envelopes/luggage tags • Nice patterned paper/japanese/floral/unusual • bakers twine/string/cord/ribbon. • Yummy cake recipes • Fabric pieces/vintage lace/crocheted doilies • Quality chocolate • candy/sweets from other countries • vintage paper/cards/used stamps • interesting letters from you! • ATC's • Cute bird items • small tins/boxes • wool felt for craft • menues/leaflets/grocery leaflets/catalogues from other places • something handmade, nicely wrapped with imagination! • Anything interesting from a thrift/vintage/op shop to do with sewing/related or pretty vintage china saucers • any odd vintage trinket/brooch/bauble/beads Basically, any package with some care/imagination put into, would be much loved & appreciated. But not hastily thrown in envelope using cheap tacky items/cigarette smoky or broken thank you

• Not great fan of trashy/violent tv/movies, celeb stalker magazines, 'proper' jewellery in gold especially yuk! Retro 70s/vintage 80's (i had to grow up through that - enough!) People who are selfish, talk about themselves too much. • Cheap scented items • packet sauce mixes for pasta/chicken etc (lazy & they taste hideous). • fruit /herbal teas (but I love early grey!) •People that have pets & then DONT LOOK AFTER THEM. • Tacky items/stickers/softies/cutesy • Hello kitty/disney/childish themed items • Scrapbooking stuff • Cheap dollar store ribbon.craft stuff - I can buy that here! • very light pastel colours or fluoro! • Trying to sleep in the heat! Weak milky tea. Getting cats hair all over my black clothing even though love my moggies to death! Having bad colds/flu :( • White chocolate - it has no cocoa in how can it be called chocolate! yuk • Anything gothic/horror/vampire/fantasy related • Am not religious either, I truly respect other peoples beliefs, but just dont want to have them forced onto me - thanks.

I think good manners are number 1 especially if someone has gone to trouble of sending you something. I would always email/message when something is sent or recieved. And rate fairly. even if not to my taste, any items sent with care will be rated as such!

Have bought & sold on ebay and know how frustrating/rude it is when people simply dont acknowledge your time & effort.

ANY PACKAGES SENT TO AUSTRALIA MUST HAVE CUSTOMS FORM/DETAILED CONTENTS INFO ON PACKAGE or customs open it. No food undeclared, they just like to check its ok. Only store bought packaged manufatured foods like sweets, cookies, crackers, sachet drinks/tea etc acceptable. Pm me if unsure of any item you might send first thx!

Definitley NO seeds, dried flowers/pods/pot-pourri/untreated wood items, dried fruit, grains etc - they confiscate : (
