I'm a 20something living in WNY and have been married five years. No kids, no pets and I'm going to school to be a paralegal. And I'm dying for a new tattoo and roller derby league in my little town!

ABOUT HUBBY

J is also a 20something (going on 30) and is geekier than I am. He doesn't really like my tattoos, but loves my cooking, and is a pretty typical guy in a lot of respects. He likes the blues, some classic rock, and metal, and varying other musicians, dark chocolate, zombies, video games, reading (he's currently looking for the Shadowrun series and has the first 10), the online game City of Heroes/Villains, and Hawwaiian shirts for some reason, but I try to discourage this. LOL He doesn't like most sports, stupid or rude people, white chocolate or very many sweet things (except me), rap music, and whatever else he's choosng to complain about at any given moment. And he really is more easygoing that my last statement might imply. I am, by far, the bitcher of the two of us.

I like pen and paper RPG, deer hunting, WoW, sewing, reading, music, theater (musicals especially Wicked, Rent, and POTO are probably my faves), cooking, faeries, hummingbirds, and about a million other things(some of which you probably don't want to hear about)! My husband wonders sometimes if I could be any less of a girly girl and then wonders if I could be any more girly. It all depends on the day. I am originally from Texas and definitely miss the foods that I can't find in rural WNY...like tamales and Jarritos Strawberry soda. Best evar!

People tell me I'm an odd duck and maybe I am, but at least I'm having fun when I:

wear mismatched earrings that are fun and funky and crazy

don't care that hubby says I look like I just stepped out of 1985 (which doesn't happen much, but I love it anyway)

hack apart a t-shirt to see what I can make with it and then decide it was ugly anyways...

hack apart a t-shirt and make something cool and werable that impresses my friends when I tell them I made it.

giggle like a fiend at gory movies and have too much fun going out for target practice with my 12 gauge

eat sushi in the breakroom at work and watch my co-workers look grossed out.

sit on the sidewalk at 11 PM and try to take pictures of the full moon and let the neighbors think I'm nuts.

randomly break into song at work...everything from Broadway showtunes to country gospel and anything that strikes my fancy.

check the fabric store for zebra print fabric that I have no idea what to do with, but I want some anyway.

clowns are absolutely terrifiying stupid/rude people snow the colors pink, yellow, and orange rap music early mornings scrapbooking(i'm not patient or organized enough) disney (except the occasional Tinkerbell) badly done tattoos
