Do you celebrate any seasonal holidays? Would you mind if your swap gift was holiday themed? I celebrate Christmas in a non-religious manner, and would not mind.

Are you in school? If yes, what are you going to school for? Not at the moment, but I want to start my PhD in History next year.

What TV shows do you watch? Mad Men, Downton Abbey, Parks & Rec, Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations/The Layover, Glee (shamefully), Community, Veronica Mars, Sherlock, Futurama, The Simpsons, Bob's Burgers.

Any allergies to food (or otherwise)? Wine lol

What seasonal "flavors" (i.e. peppermint, chocolate) do you like / dislike ? I like pretty much everything!

Scents you love / scents you dislike? I tend towards citrus fruits, and fresh florals - I don't really like sandalwood or the like, and I'm not fond of vanilla.

Favorite candy? Anything gummy, Reeses anything, Hi-Chew, Haribo, those Wonka "Fabulicious" raspberry twists.

Favorite food? All of it.

Favorite color(s)? Fire engine red, marle grey, jewel tones.

Do you paint your nails? Not well.

Are your ears pierced? Do you wear jewelry? Does cheap jewelry turn your skin green / do you care? Pierced ears, I wear all kinds of jewellery but would have more use for rings and bracelets than necklaces and earrings (although I'm not ungrateful for those!), and I don't mind about green skin.

What are 3 things you have 0 use for? Any type of stationary item (pens, pencils, paper, stickers, notepads), plush toys, dangly keyring/charm type things. And I don't have a bathtub.

If you had $10 to spend, what would you buy? Bubble tea, some sort of baked good, a nice bookmark.

What is something you can't get locally that you would like to buy? SPECULOOS. But I actually don't know if it's okay to mail so don't worry too hard about it lol. I live in Australia so I would love any kind of local sweets, makeup brands, whatever :)

How would you describe your "style"? Cute Asian. Love H&M, Zara.

What size pants or shirts do you normally wear? AU10/UK10/US6/EU38 top and bottom.

Favorite animal(s)? Bunnies, but also cats and dogs and everything small and fluffy.

Favorite band / musician / artist? Bloc Party, Franz Ferdinand, Interpol, (Megan) Washington, Santigold, Jay-Z.

Favorite movie? Howl's Moving Castle.

Favorite book genres? Favorite authors? Wanky white classic lit a la The Secret History, I Capture the Castle, Catcher in the Rye, Jane Eyre. Chef/cooking authors - Anthony Bourdain, Bill Buford, Elizabeth David, Gabrielle Hamilton. Sci-fi and fantasy - Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Robin Hobb, Orson Scott Card. Also love The Beauty Myth, Half the Sky, The Equality Illusion, Living Dolls and other feminist lit.

Do you read magazines? Which are your favorite? No.

What shades of make-up do you prefer (cool tones, warm tones)? Warm tones.

What is your ideal Friday night? Sunday afternoon? Drinks with friends (reality: sober internetting with my rabbit and a cat). Sunday afternoon, hanging out with my bf, watching TV and cuddling, maybe going out for fancy hot dogs or ramen.

Do you smoke cigarettes? No.

Do you drink alcohol? What kind? Gin, vodka, dark rum. Allergic to wine and champagne, not keen on beer but can drink cider.

Do you smoke other assorted things? What kind? No.

Do you like decorating? What sorts of things do you have in your room? I still live at home and haven't really bothered to "decorate", but I'm moving out with my bf next year and a few small prints or a quirky little ornament might be nice! Nothing too cutesy or my bf will complain lol.

If you work, what do you do for work? I work at a beauty/health store, so selling cosmetics, skincare, hair stuff, vitamins, supplements, little useless gifty things. I used to work at a bookstore.

What is something you always like to have more of? Hairties, lip colours, accessories that aren't jewellery?

What is something (tangible) you're really good at doing? I can transfer leftovers into exactly the right sized Tupperware just by eyeballing it. I'm also good at plucking my eyebrows, cutting my nails, organising piles of things, I buy really thoughtful presents ;)

Generally tell us more of your likes and dislikes. I try to buy cruelty-free cosmetics and skin/haircare as much as possible, I love farmers' markets and eating, my pet bunny Franklin is the sweetest creature on the face of this earth, I like to drink tea and chai, I'm not a massive fan of chocolate, I like cooking/baking and I'm trying to get into gardening!
