I am a 21 year old actress from St. John's, Newfoundland. I recently finished two years of theatre school on the west coast, and then moved to the city for a change. Since coming to St John's I've been involved in two plays, one of which was a major role. I'm hoping to continue auditioning and pursuing acting, whether as a full time career or something i just enjoy to do in my spare time I'm not sure!

I'm currently taking some time off school - not sure what it is i want to be doing - but i am considering going to a cooking college in the fall. Cooking and baking and healthy living are some of my passions, so it seems like it would be a good path to follow!

I love all things creative whether it be photography, crafts, drawing, dance - you name it, I am interested in it. My blog was a way for me to express these loves in any way i want to. i love pretty things; feathers, owl jewelery, nature, pastel colors. I also love design; decorating and redecorating my apartment is neverendingly exciting for me.

I'm very outgoing, honest and friendly. I love meeting new people, trying new things and finding new things to love. Friends and family are a huge, important part of my life and I can't imagine not having that support group there.

I absolutely LOVE getting mail (that isn't bills) so i'm very excited to be a part of this community. Right now i'm new, but i'm hoping to build up a trust so that i can participate in this for quite some time :)

I love love love going to live shows and seeing acoustic sets and live shows. I also love going to see a band from my town, Hey Rosetta, who have become quite well known outside of Newfoundland now! I go through music phases; sometimes i'm only in the mood for all things current and pop-y, sometimes I'm in an indie-only mood, and sometimes I'm just not in the mood for music at all (although this rarely happens).

Reading is definitely one of my biggest passions. when I was little my mom would have to force me to go outside and play because I was so absorbed in a book. I was the girl in the class who had her textook propped up with a library book behind it so the teacher couldn't see. curling up with a book - whether inside when it's cold or out in the sun when the weather is warm - is a huge comfort to me. Recently I've become very interested in autobiographies - reading people's journey's from their point of view fascinates me. Probably because when i was young I wanted to be a writer (it would still be such an accomplishment to me to publish something, although I don't write nearly as much anymore).
