Cool! I love Basmati. I use to have a huge tub of it on hand but it got old & I got scared & pitched it. Good excuse for me to by some fresh.
My ex-brother-in-law was Iranian & introduced me to Persian foods which I could live on. Basmati is a huge staple served with most meals in the middle east. Yum!

Any ideas where I could buy some Jasmine rice? Would I need to hit a heath food store or a higher end store? My gut says a regular grocery store may not carry it??
