I am an accountant living in the mid-west, I enjoy reading, crafting and walking. My goal is to retire within a few years. Dave (husband) and I share our home with our middle child (Jason) who is Down's Syndrome. Jason was also the best thing that happened to us; we have learned so much from him. Jason works at a local workshop, riding the bus daily. We also have 3 dogs, a Jack Russell Terrier, a German Shorthair Pointer, and a French Britanny

I enjoy classic rock and soft rock, really almost anything except rap - just don't see the point in that! My all time favorite is The Eagles. I don't think they recorded a bad song!

I read almost anything, but am a self-help book junkie and a financial book junkie. Debbie Macomber is one of my favorite authors, but read many more. Also read alot of Fern Michaels, but will always welcome a suggestion.

I started out stamping and have moved to mixed media and anything to do with the paper arts. I also sew and do needle crafts, I want to learn to knit and crochet also, it looks so relaxing!

My likes include anything vintage or funky, also Mary Englebreit. I also love dogs, bright colors, shoes, purses and bracelets. My dislikes include not much of anything. I'm a very easy going person that enjoys exercise, reading and interacting with people.
