Although I have dabbled in a variety of crafts over the years, I am currently most into making cards. I am just getting into stamping and am very much enjoying it.

I like folky-rocky sorts of music. Favorites are Girlyman, Indigo Girls, Dar Williams. I like show-tunes, and do admit an enjoyment of cheesy pop music, both American and Israeli.

I'm in my 20's, live outside of Washington, DC and work in public health.

I love writing letters, postage stamps, farmer's markets, and crafts. I love craft fairs as well--it's so neat to see what people can make. I also hold a fondness for parasites and infectious diseases, as a former parasitology researcher and general bio nerd.

I like all sorts of bright colors and patterns. Not a huge fan of lace or animal prints (as in leopard print).

I'm really interested in social history shown through postage stamps.

I'm Jewish, and don't celebrate Christmas at all.
