I am new to this; my sister mentioned the website and was excited about some really interesting things she received, so I thought I would give it a try. I have a 2yr old daughter who loves to sing and dance. My daughters name is Aurora Maria like sleeping beauty. I collect princess, Disney princess, Tinkerbelle, and backyardgins things for her and her scrapbooks. My favorite colors and lavender and mint, but I have a cute little scion XD in red, so I think red is a good third. I prefer the lighter versions of green and purple not so much the darker jewel tones. I like Asian themes, my garden has a rock garden and a cute golden frog in the lotus position, lol! We recently purchased our 1st home and while my husband works on our patio, I have become quite the gardener... I am currently trying to grow some plants out of seeds. I am patiently waiting for him to finish the patio in order to start a small vegetable garden. I love to read, and scrapbook... and I love to take pictures. I love to bake and cook...

I like fruity candy, skittles and starbursts are my favorites. I also like twizzlers and STRAWBERRY POPROCKS!!!! Believe it or not I am not that into chocolate… but I am the only non-chocoholic in the house. I love pistachios, just not the salty kinds and shortbread cookies. My special treats are these little fruits made out of marzipan (they remind me of my dad). I like lemony things and key lime.

I love candles; I love it when the whole house smells like cake or apples. Cinnamon, cake batter, lavender, apple spice, rose and gardenia, are all my favorite.

I like little budas and lucky cats. Little lucky elephants and things…. Other than that I really don’t collect much. I like hello kitty, and her pals, my favorite is BatzMaru. But I don’t own and entire collection of stuff… I have an emblem for my car, and some car jewelry dangly things… my daughter usually ends up with most of it anyway. She loves hello kitty. I do collect sanrio stickers and embellishments of all sorts for scrapbooks. I just got into paper models, and paper toys. I found PDF instructions for some monsters and robots and things that look really cool. I collect angel and faire theme things for my daughter and for scrapbooks. I can crochet, I know one stitch really well and I can make nice scarves, but I don’t use them much since I live in sunny Miami.

I love tattoos. I have 6 so far, and plan a few more. I like the art involved, the colors and the originality. I don’t like people who just pick something off the walls and have the same thing everyone else does. My tattoos are original and for me. I have two faires, two angels and a heart and some stars. I am going to get a memory tattoo for my mother in law and my friend who both past last year… and an angel with wings outstretched over two little boys for the same friend and her two boys. One is 20 and the other just turned 18. The 18yr old lived with us for about a year after his mom passed until he just turned 18. He moved in with his brother, and are close enough for drop by visits and come over for family night at least once a week. Even though they are not blood related, they are as much my children as my daughter and they are my daughters’ big brothers and spoil her. They love her and over protect her just as much as we do. Their mother was my husbands oldest friend and like a sister to us both.

I love scrapbooking, both digital and paper. I am still learning the digital but it is great. I like to learn new techniques and I like to make my own books out of chipboard. I am making my daughter a castle shaped scrapbook out of chipboard. I can sew, just not a whole lot. I don’t have a sewing machine yet or the space, but I make my daughter sock money type animals and they are cute. I am trying to learn quilling, I saw a scrapbook with quilled flowers and they were beautiful. I also paint miniatures for my husband. He plays D & D and writes for a company that publishes D & D books called Paradigm Concepts. I love photography and on a recent camping vacation, discovered how much fun nature photography and hiking can be. I have become facinated with kawaii food... especialy, softies and things of that nature... I'am not wild about eating the candy but I really like making felt cupcakes, ice creams and animals... I also like making cupcake bottle cap pin cushins. I can always use ribbons, and lace and felt... googoolie eyes and the like. Beads of all shapes and sizes... little charms and finishers... and buttons. I love buttons.

80's, disco, freestyle, country... a little of everything. With the exception of death metal punk, or death metal; there is at least 1 song I like in every genre.

Weeds, Dexter, anything on HGTV, DIY and food network are on when the little one is asleep. We watch the backyardgins religiously. I am not that much into SiFi but I do watch Battle Star Galactica with my husband. We also like 24 and House.

I am not alergic to anything... and neither is anyone in my home.

The baby has LOTS of PLUSH animals and dolls (thanks to very giving grandmaws). We do like handmade things, and she loves her babies so if can sew doll clothes of all shapes and sizes are welcome (she has a doll in every size... trust me...lol!) She loves Backyardagains, hanamontana. She loves glitter and painting her nails and toes like mommy... no lip gloss please, she takes mine all the time.

She loves mail... so if you would like to send a note that says hi... she would love it... you can address it to her Princess Aurora Maria, or La Nina... thats what she calls her self lately.

The Hubby, likes DND, dice and minis... paintball, camping, anything with computers and gadgets... he is into electronic music... Paul Van Dyke, Rabbit in the moon and Paul Okanfold are names that I here often. But he would love "asian loungy" music. Drum and base, and breaks? He loves anime.
