I live in Northern NY, and own a wonderful Yorkie, or should I say he owns me, haha, he is spoiled beyond belief, but I wouldnt know what to do without him. I have a 28yr old son who is on his own and is there whenever I need him. However he lives in an apt that cant have dogs, so due to recent personal matters my wonderful exdaughter inlaw has agreed to take me and moosey (my yorkie) in until we find an apt for ourselfs,UPDATE: Moosey and I did find an apartment as of June, She is a member here and I am sure most of you know her. :) I have 3 older sisters, two are crafters and one likes to recieve whatever you will make for her, haha, she does not have the patience it takes to craft, we have tried and tried to get her to, but, she wont :( we lost our Mom to cancer in '99 and the 4 of us are very very close. I have no allergies, so no worry there when swapping, I am very easy to please, I love whatever anyone makes, the time someone puts into something is what makes the product beautiful.

I love most any kind of music, except really really hard rock, and rap, my most favorite groups right now are Lifehouse and shinedown. I also like country.

I love to read, I just got done reading the nicest books, they are young readers books but great little stories, Gossemer, and The Giver, I really recommend them, I love Mitch Albom, I also just got done reading have alittle faith?...great read also. Right now I am reading a book on evolution, it was a trade off, I told my son I would read an evolution book if he would read the bible, Im more of a spirtiual person and I have alot of faith, I sometimes dont understand much of the bible myself, but he has none,(faith that is) so if it took me to read an evolution book for him to hopefully find SOME faith, well... :)

I am a bit of a News junkie, I love Fox news, my favorite show is Criminal Minds, I love human behavior, befor I became disabled I worked for many years with the developmentally disabled, and a few years as a mental health tech with children and adolecents.

Ive been scrapbooking for the past 7yrs, I have also made my own cards, I belonged to a rubberstamping swap group on yahoo for a few years, we swapped homemade cards ATCs and inchies I also love to make beaded charm bookmarks, I do some cross stitching, mostly in the winter months, I have made some wood crafts. Papercrafting is my favorite.

I love animals, mostly dogs, my dog is my baby, the way things have been going for me right now, Im not sure what i would do without him. I love Stampin Up products, I buy a new catalog every year, My dream is to have a beautiful little craft room, oh and I love ribbons, I have about 10 glass jars I store my ribbon in the little plastic sealable bags some people use for jewelry then I put them in the jars, it makes a beautiful display. I love Tea mostly flavored ones, I like candles, I love brads, charms, buttons, love buttons, I store all those in baby food jars,fancy paper clips, ect. I like all those embellisments. I really like the vintage look, I love antiques.

I dont like clowns, dolls, skulls, the clowns and dolls really creep me out, the skulls Im just not interested in. I dont like flowery scents, or fruity scents.

for about a month now I have been volunteering at a local thrift shop, it benefits our local humane society, its a great place to work, and what great finds!!!!...I havent joined any swaps in awhile, Im sorry, just with the move and everything, looking forward to doing some this coming fall and winter. :)
