I live, decorate, craft and blog in Oakland, CA. I love the beach, warm weather, art, and a cup of good tea. I hate chocolate (I know, I'm weird!) and love anything and everything handmade.

My style and sensibility are mainly modern, but I also love vintage pieces and items with history.

My favorite colors are bright yellow, spring green, pink, chocolate brown, and robin's egg blue.

I love: eggs and birds, sillouhuettes, bright graphic florals, stationary, red things for the kitchen, dishtowels, and big dangling earrings.

I'm not a big fan of: cutesy things, things with characters (cartoon, etc,) on them

I collect: white ceramic vases, busts of Abraham Lincoln, glass bottles and jars (especially green and blue ones,) small ceramic boxes, tote bags, teacup & saucer sets, and bright yellow ceramics.
