I'm a 19 year old Japanese-Chinese Singaporean. I used to paddle in race kayaks competitively, and i was darn passionate about that too. I have an enduring love of the sea. I read and write alot. I love quirkiness, blunt people, bad boys, originality, daring things, kittens,

to be continued. sorry for the disjointed-ness, something i will amend. for now, the minorly stream-of-consciousness style seems to get me across better.

i hate over-preciousness in people and things. in that vein, i hate pink. DIY rocks. one day, i'd be stand in things i made from top to toe, plus bag, plus shoes, plus undies. Whee to that day!

a project i'm workin on now: coin jewellery and other accessories. i'd love to have all sorts of coins, bright, shiny and new, or old, tarnished and vintage. please? much love! i welcome currency, both old and new(repeats are fine too, just like bead mixes, there's always a use for the repeats!), tollhouse coins, arcade coins, charm coins, etc etc. i hope to be able to put together a piece of jewellery with parts from all the places in the world i want to visit!

i have short hair that usually is kinda pixie-like in style. i love the spunky look. this means hair ties sent my way would not be tied on my hair, but on my wrist probably.

i am a packrat. i have stashes for all my obsessions. i sew, make jewellery, write, read, am learning to draw, love the net, used to be a major jock, have always been a tomboy, have a young cat i picked up stray near my old work place. he's a tuxedo cat, meaning his fur is coloured like a tux suit, complete with gloves and socks. he climbed into my bag when i stopped to pet him, and i knew it was gonna be love. my mom took longer to warm up to him.

i have a raunchy, irrelevant, sarcastic, juvenile and ridiculous sense of humour. or at least, so i've been told! i have a pottymouth. i am very much a liberal. i have no religion.

i appreciate wit like coffee and envy poise like swans.

amateur film buff. especially love the indie, art and foreign.

A good dose of rock, jazz, quirky tunes, some country, old music moves me, new music is grooovy. heh. Right now, i'm in love with the music of one tree hill, but i have most of those songs by now. I love musicals, OSTs or actual recordings. bon jovi, guns and roses, elvis, led zep, the forgotten, johnny cash, nirvana, something corporate, jack's manniquin, rachel yamagata, queen, acdc, beatles, danny elfman, etc.. but i'd like it if you introduced me to great new music! i love mix cds, especially if there's a story or theme to them.
