Comment: Thank you! I've always wanted to visit SC! Lake Stevens is a really nice place to live. We get the same weather as Seattle. It's not as rainy as most people think- just pretty cloudy from Oct-April. We have beautiful summers! :)

Comment: Hi Ginger, thanks for the card of the Hartwell Dam and Lake. It is quite impressive looking. I wonder what it took to get it built. You asked about Kansas. It is mostly flat except in the northeastern part of the state where I live, where we have rolling hills. Kansas sky can be awesome and there is a lot of it. The state is very conservative, which makes me a bit of a fish out of water, but it is home. All the best, Cynthia

Comment: Thanks for the great postcard. Milford is just a small, country town. It was a thriving town until the Interstate came through, outside of town, and the town died. Some of the buildings down town are being refurbished. It's a quiet town.

Comment: I bet it is beautiful where you live! Well, it's been kinda scary in Kansas lately because of the massive amount of tornadoes that we had last week-end. One hit Wichita, but it was about 15 miles to the east of me. Still caused a lot of damage and left a lot of people with no home. So sad. Thanks for the card!

I had to chuckle when you commented how you knew how FLAT it was here...Almost 10 years ago I said I'd never move here because of how flat it was here. I was coming from the north Georgia mountains which was beautiful and NOT flat. Well, all I can say now is never say "never". Really! Thank you for the lovely card.

We probably have quite a few wild flowers here in Alberta and I should be ashamed that I only now a few. We have the Alberta wild rose. One that I think is called the Indian paint brush - looks like a paint brush dipped in red paint. There are lots, but i do not know the names of them. Best wishes - Tracy

Comment: We have more rivers and lakes with a few waterfalls, but our's are mostly short drops with a few exceptions. But, we have good hiking trails along the rivers. I hope you get out and enjoy the ones near you. Cheers

Where do you buy your cards from? I sometimes go to Mast General Store but I've started buying broken packs of Greenville/Spartanburg/State cards from APS in Charlotte.
