I do understand people having a hard time and falling behind but I think it's only polite to let swap partners know you're working on it! I'm willing to change this rating in the future if I ever get anything in the post. Really disappointed.

Comment: Though I have mailed and let you know I haven't received anything for this swap and you said you would re-send, I still haven't received anything. Have tried mailing again, but had no response. I will be happy to change this rating in the future should I receive something.
