Comment: I hate rating you down, but I never got anything from you for this swap. Please pass on a zine to me for this swap. I will gladly rerate.

Response: I'm going to have to start a new one, I guess. Hopefully you'll still get the one I sent eventually. It took 6 weeks for a scarf I made to be received in New Mexico - the next state!. Give me a couple of days to get it together (I work full time) and I'll send another along - but it'll have to be a brand new one!, of course. I think I'll look into sending it with tracking or confirmation - maybe the postal service will be more careful!

Response: This swap has been doomed for me...and I LOVED doing it! I've discovered that the mail I left in my mailbox for pickup on the day I left for vacation was stolen. I've resent almost all of my stolen "stuff," but a couple of the cool postcards were irreplaceable, so they're taking me a little longer to reproduce. You should be receiving (or have received it) shortly. I'm so bummed! I take pride in my swaps....will resend and resend again until you get it! ADDENDUM 10/19: You STILL haven't gotten it? I am truly going to scream, this isn't as easy as a minizine to reproduce.....

Comment: Chris -- today is 6/13 and I still don't have the replacement journal you said you were working on. I know you had some things of your plate, but I feel like I've given you enough time. Once I receive the journal, I will re-rate you. (I hated doing this)

Response: I really, truly don't understand this. Another swap, also journal, has not yet been received, but that's in New Zealand, so I'm hoping it's just got to do with the mail. I'm frustrated. I'm also on vacation, on the road, with only a small amount of paper and writing "goodies"....and the thoughts of making yet another are a little off-putting. The date I mailed it and other info are at home. Let's wait just a little longer, no more journals for me, and if I do get tempted, it's going to be sent by priority mail with tracking. Probably should have been smart enough to do that sooner, but I've never had this happen before. I DO trust the mail...well, I always did....

Comment: The send by date was Aug 1,2011... You PM me Aug 8th it would be late... you also put on your profile you would be sending out in a couple of weeks.. You have not been back on Swapbot since Aug, 8th.....Well it's been a month since then.. If the journal shows up I'll change the rating.... Yes, I understand life happens..... I'm dealing with health issues and looking at surgery.. My DH had a stroke in June.. We lost our 17yr old cat in July.. My aunt who I lived with most of my life passed away Aug 1st .. I've had to replace my furnace in Jan. My well pump in Feb.. and the Airconditioner in May.. plus we are retired and on limited income.. So I do understand when life happens.. Sept 26th, 2012...Wow... over a year later and you contact me about changing the rating...... If I had received the swap I would have changed the rating........

I'm writing this at the beginning of my previous message so that you might remember this swap.
