Comment: hi Sheri {i like the way your name is spelled!} - i loved the cute/teeny envelope with your friendly info: happy you are on swap-bot ... it is great having little fun things you can do aside from your busy work routine. you-tube is fantastic for learning all kinds of things, but i agree, making something that other people would watch & aspire to is way difficult for those of us less gifted (sigh) i am fortunate enough not to have to work [old & retired ;)], but struggle with finding a hobby that will make the hours go by enjoyably & effortlessly! the good news is that somehow i manage to fritter away hours/days/years already without a lot to show for it, but i am still quite happy =) thanks so much for a most pleasant peek into your world!

I have learned the keys to flipping eggs without breaking the yolks is a cold egg so don't take it out of fridge till right about ready to put in the the pan and for a good flip get a medium sized spatula with a nice bend to it not a stiff one. Hope this helps!
