Comment: Kathie...I just wanted you to know that your envelope arrived ripped and completely empty inside of a postal bag. I was heartsick when I saw the amount of postage you had put on this and how destroyed the envelope was. There was a sticker on it that said the envelope had been received without contents at Lehigh Valley, PA. I'm going to go ahead and rate you a 5 with a heart because of your obvious care and good intentions for this swap. I just feel really bad that our postal system didn't deliver what you sent.
