Comment: 7/24: I never rec'd your letter. I sent you a message on July 11 stating as such, it shows as read, however, you have not responded to it. Thank you so much for coming back and proving yourself a lovely and responsible person. I am sorry for your troubles of last year and am so glad that your life is much better now. The ONLY reason I'm having to give a 3 is because it was sent quite late (a year late.) Other than that, it was a lovely swap. Looking forward to the next swap with you! :)

Comment: I am really sad to rate you this way. However I never received a letter or any sort of communication from you as to why I have not received a letter. I completely understand that life gets busy, but at least communicate that you cannot participate.
Response: I have communicated with her and explained my situation and tried to make things better by offering to send the swap, even though it's late. Her words were " No need to make things right." I understand, but I still am very sad and sorry that I was unable to send this to her. :(
