Dear Ashlee,
(Updated 5/1/11) Why, hello there!
My name is Ashlee, and I am a tiny girl with a big heart. I am a freshman in college who is working at Walt Disney World, living her dream. I'm passionate about anything and everything I do, and put my all in, at all times. I'm too trusting for my own good at times and I may laugh and smile too much and be goofy when I shouldn't or get moody from time to time, but, that's me, and I wouldn't change a thing.
I am so very sorry for disappearing for this past year. My family went through some rough patches and my life spiraled. It ended with us being homeless and living campground to campground for months and me losing pretty much everything I own. Well during this year I have grown tremendously and am now busy busting my butt and living on my own in Orlando. I am so very very very sorry to the people who have no recieved the swaps from me from a year ago and I will do anything and everything that I can to make it up to you.
Again, I am sorry and hope I can make things better.
Due to a work-related injury, I now have a herniated disc in my neck. It seems as though nothing ever goes right! However, this will not hinder my from participating in swaps as I will not take on more than I can handle. No worries!
Musical taste;
I pretty much enjoy anything at gets me to sing along or gets stuck in my head. Two bands that have been with me through a lot are Anberlin and Skillet. Another band I absolutely adore is The Icarus Account. It's an acoustic christian band consisting of two twin brothers. All of these bands' lyrics have helped me grow in one way or another, and I cannot thank them enough. If you ever want a good listen, I recommend both of these bands. And if you're all ehhh she's a hardcore christian ew -runs away-, don't be. Yes I am a christian, but no I do not shove it down your throats, silly!
Television;
Working for The Walt Disney Company gives me little to no time at all to watch TV. When I do, though, it's usually Criminal Minds or Coming Home.
At the cinema;
Tangled, Boondock Saints, UP!, Beauty and the Beast, Toy Story 3, Grease, Time Traveler's Wife, and also pretty much anything with Gerard Butler or Rachel McAdams.
My new absolute favorite movie is Water for Elephants. I am in awe with this movie. Absolutely amazing.

Thank you for the apology. While the swap has already been taken care of, I really do appreciate your taking the time to contact me, even if quite a while later. Ha! I really like it so far. It is interesting to see the different things people send, and some things are disappointing and some are really fun. I guess that's all a part of it. I was getting a little bit obsessed at first, but now that I see how it works I can relax. I think I like getting to talk to people I don't know really even more than the mail! :)
Well thank you for your kind comment on my profile page! I think this means that you are desperate to hear all about that extensive dryer lint collection. Well, it all started back in 1997. No, I think it was 1996...no, it was 1997. I remember it because it was a warm day..
