Comment: Hi, this is only my 2nd swap and i am upset because obviously the swap partner I was assigned, (Rhiann, (who has a rating of 1 (ONE), never sends to anyone, so she basically just "steals" from people like me. Why does Swap Bot allow such people to participate? I spent over $50 on the person I was assigned, and since she lives in the UK, I also had to spend nearly $20 in postage. Don't get me wrong, I love to make people happy, and I sent wonderful things, why do they let thieves participate? The person I was assigned is "Rhiann"
