This is my first time organising a swap and an early swap for UK Crafters. I'm just getting into quilting and I thought a good and easy swap would be a Mug rug. They are an extra large drink coaster that holds a cup of tea or coffee with room for a pastry or treat. Theyâ€™re a great way to use up scraps. This web site; http://tipnut.com/mug-rugs/ has nearly 30 different patterns and tutorials that show you how to make them. So make one at least 6 by 9 inches, in your choice of colours and pattern.
