are we to send the items in a pocket letter or are we to send the 5 supplies in an envelope? also, is there a price limit and can we send samples? i.e. washi tape samples or a brand new roll?

There's no limit on price you send the stuff in a envelopeenvelope and you can send samples of Washi tape or a roll don't matter

OK, thanks! This gives me an idea for a pocket letter swap... what if we do a Pocket Letter swap with the supplies we get, with more samples/supplies in it that the partner can use and replace with new supplies? It would be a Round Robin Pocket Letter! I thought of this swap idea over the summer and have been itching to host something like this but I've never hosted a swap before!
