I just got hooked on everything Butterflies - this will be a fun swap :-)

Could you define "goodie"?Are you meaning something in addition to a handmade ATC? I am misunderstanding what you mean by putting a piece of paper over "the letter". Won't it have to go into a pocket behind a card? I have participated in page swaps where we fill a nine page plastic made for cards.....the idea there is often to be sure that both sides of your cards look interesting.....but your wording makes me unsure if this is the same....I love butterflies too and am looking forward to this topic.

@donlyn Goodie - stickers, embellishments, extra ATC sized paper, paperclips, etc anything that can fit and would be nice to recieve yourself. The goodies and letter go behind the dectorated ATC does this help? I make a sandwich out of my pockets and stick the items and letter in between the 2 pieces of paper. And yes this is the 9 pocket trading card binder sleeves that will be used to create the pocket letter like all other pocket letters. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for explaining, I just got my 9 pocket snowman trade, wow...what a lovely piece of art work.....lots of goodies ( so now I have some ideas about what to add) and I learned there is so much you can do with a nine pocket display. Can't wait to go play with one and butterflies

Hi There, This will be my first swap on Swap-Bot. I am new to Swap-Bot, but not new to swapping. I have done a lot of swaps on other websites and have fulfilled every single one. What I need to know is how do we get our partner. Do we choose someone to swap with or are they assigned to us? I love making and receiving pocket letters. I have been a part of swap-bot for a while but this is my first introduction to pocket letters. Do I understand correctly from reading some of the comments that you make an ATC of the theme (like butterflies) then fill the 9 pocket sheet with other butterfly ideas and goodies? Do the goodies have to do with the theme or maybe items from your partners favorites?

@peaceandlove Actually you make 1 ATC type card for each pocket (Total of 9) in the pocket letter theme you are signing up for and fill the the back of each pocket with goodies and anything pertaining to butterflies. I hope that helps.
