I saw a flickr posting the other day where someone posted 101 things they wanted to do in 1001 days. I thought that might be a fun email swap. Basically all you will need to do is make a list of 101 things you want to do. It can be health related, life related, job related, art related anything. You will make your list and send it out to your partners. I think by doing this you might be more compelled to stick to things since you have told other people you are going to do it. Sound like fun? Anyone can join this swap. Newbies are definitely welcome.

me and my boyfriend do this every new year, its feel so wonderful when you check back at the end of the year and see how many you've achieved - normally many more than you think!

I am signed up on 43things.com which is kind of like this, just less things! There is definitely something to the idea of being more motivated after telling people about your goals....gotta stick to it!

Exactly. I am thinking of making an altered journal with enough pages to put one goal per page and then journaling about them as I accomplish them. I think it would be something nice to look back on. :)

How do you promote it? I am still kinda new to the hostessing thing. :) I am glad you guys like the idea. When I saw the flickr post I loved it too. :)

Swap-bot messed up somehow so that I got lindalinda assigned twice as a partner who sends to me ... Good thing that this is a kind of swap where it doesn't make a big difference.
