It's rather frustrating to send out a lot of swaps and then check your mail and have nothing at all fun waiting for you, isn't it? Or to have a whole lot arrive one day, and then nothing the next two. So here's a swap to give a fairly steady stream of little somethings! The premise is as follows- you'll have one partner, and you will send six letters- one for every day of the week that mail is delivered. The point is to give your partner a reason to check the mail every day. These letters aren't meant to be anything fancy, and you can do them all up at one time, even before partners are assigned. The important thing is, once you are ready to send -you must send one every day- until they are all gone. (You can mark sent the day you send the first, however) Here's what to send each day-
The point is to keep this cheap, but fun. One stamp should be enough to send each of these. (Hence the US only idea). Also, if it's only one stamp, it should be easy to simply leave out for the mailman to pick up, thus making the 'one a day' thing easier. Don't sign up if you can't commit to sending one letter a day for six days! (Sunday excepted, of course!) Rate your partner a 5 if you get all six letters. Forgive them if they miss a day- the mail does get backed up sometimes! Go for hearts- if you really have a good time, send little extras each letter, or send more than just six. Each letter should be at least a page, typed or handwritten. So let's get excited about checking our mail with good reason! Note: Due to the six day long nature, no one with a rating less than 4.5 allowed, no no-sends, and newbies only with full profiles. I will be checking and deleting anyone I think might disappoint their partner. If there are any no sends, I'll angel them. |
