I have to make one thing clear, this sounds like a very fun swap but for the coordinators information, Easter is NOT a religious holiday. It was adapted from the Pagans to conform to christianities events. Look it up. I don't mean to offend anyone but facts need to be right.

Awwww.... I'm sorry nhansen73 - I believe I offended you. I am the coordinator. This is meant simply as a fun swap. I didn't feel the need to write a large explanation of the history of Easter. Bottom line - some people DO see it in a religious way. I like to see it as the coming of spring. I stand corrected and appreciate your comment, but I wish you would have just messaged me privately. It's not about all proper facts. Just send an Easter card. If this is out of line... please do not join the swap

I try not to offend anyone either...however....to add my 2 cents, Easter is celebrated by Christians and has been for many years as the Resurrection of Jesus, although it was originally a Pagan festival. Im not going to get into the entire history of it, but to Christians, Easter IS a religious holiday and to those that are not Christians..it is not a religious holiday. period. The coordinator also did not state that it was a religious holiday...she simply just said, "Easter can be viewed by some as a religious holiday.." meaning that some may celebrate it as such while others may no. She was just trying to be cautious as not to offend anyone. That's all! :D Happy Easter! :)
