Isaiah 40:28-31 King James Version (KJV) 28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. 29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Ask and keep on asking and it will be given you; seek and keep on seeking; Knock and keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you.
Matthew 7:7 Amplified.
Hi, from Nova Scotia, Canada on another cold, windy night... sounds like the start of a horror novel LOL
I'm hoping the power doesn't go off before I get all of these hellos posted.
I'm not scared of the dark I actually find it peaceful, I just cuddle under the blankets with my dog and fall asleep.
I hope you are finding lots of swaps and having fun on this site,
Take care, Liz
Hello Again!
I like a lot of different authors that I would consider my fav. Way too many. So here are a few in no particular order:
1. Stephen King
2. L.M. Montgomery
3. Patricia Cornwell
4. Jeffrey Archer
5. Raymond Carver
I have a few different movies I like watching but my all time fav is "A Christmas Carol" based on the book by Charles Dickens. My fav version is the one with Alistair Sim playing Scrooge.
