I'm 30 years old, married to my old friend from junior high school, mom to a 1 year old beautiful baby girl. I have 3 cats, Kartopu (car-toe-poo) It's a turkish name meaning snowball, we call him Cato for short. Lyla, tuxedo kitty - always fat and happy. And Spicolli - named after Sean Penn's character in Fast Times At Ridgemont High....he's always getiing into trouble and other nonsense. I live in an awesome 80 year old home in East Tennessee. I quit my "real" job to stay at home with my baby - best decision I've ever made! I love to make things......jewelry, cards, hairbows, baby skirts and burpcloths, and dollhouse miniatures! I love dollhouses! I have one already built, and a San Fransican still in the box, as well as an Orchid (which I bought for $16!!!!) still in the box. I love the outdoors, hiking, canoeing and such. I love all animals. Cats are probably my fave though. I love simplicity, thoughtfulness, and respect.

sewing....I'm learning so much about it everytime I'm at my machine. jewelry......been making it for years, kinda getting away from it a bit now, cards dollhouse miniatures....I love making stuff from the unexpected. I made a shower curtain out of a plastic baggie and jump rings :) mosaics....I like to make stepping stones, vases, trays, plant stands. i love breaking tile! I was into altered books for a long time, but haven't messed with it too much lately...looking forward to getting back to it I also like to make those potholders - the one you made as a kid, those things last forever, and I recently got a gocco printer but haven't really got the hang of it yet
