I'm a stay at home mom of 3 who dabbles in writing and photography. I've had all sorts of jobs in the past, everything from car hopping to retail management to tarot reading. I like to think of myself as a Jill of all trades, mistress of none.
I love silver jewelry and never ever wear gold. I have 2 nearly full silver charm bracelets (the old fashioned link kind) and am getting ready to start a third.
I love anything related to the sea or beach and pink flamingos are just about my favorite animal. I am currently collecting and decorating my kitchen and living room in vintage Florida/beach stuff...think pre-Disney World.
I have a black Newfoundland / Irish Setter mix dog and 2 black cats, one short haired and one medium haired.
I love to cook and bake, except for things involving yeast. I have no patience for letting things rise and having to knead over and over again. Lucky for me, my husband loves to bake that sort of stuff :)
I like a lot of different kinds of music: classic rock, new age, some old school country and bluegrass, jazz, blues, 80's hair metal, etc. Some of my favorite artists are: The Beach Boys, The Beatles, The Monkees, Enya, Enigma, Harry Connick Jr., Dr John, Louis Armstrong, Big Momma Thornton, Elvis, Aerosmith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Amy Winehouse, Van Morrison, Jimmy Buffett, and many more.
The Dresden Files novels by Jim Butcher, Anne Rice novels from before her religious conversion, The Savannah Trilogy by Mary Kay Andrews, The Three Sisters trilogy by Nora Roberts, all kinds of supernatural or witchy fiction and tons of non-fiction. I'm also a complete magazine junkie and get tons of them in the mail and at the news stand.
My Big Fat Greek Wedding, old Rock Hudson movies, old beach movies (think Gidget or Frankie & Annette), The Fountain, What Dreams May Come, Dirty Dancing, The Big Chill, the one and only true trilogy: Star Wars, those crappy spoof movies like Scary Movie, Date Movie, Epic Movie...you know the ones. I'm not so much a fan of horror movies, though.
CSI (original flavor only, please), Doctor Who (Ninth Doctor), The Dresden Files, Eureka, The Riches, LOST, Nigella Feasts, Good Eats, Feasting on Asphalt, and I'm developing a taste for Scrubs recently.
I wish I was more talented at being crafty, but I am full of epic fail for all yarn arts. I can do some cross stitch such as small Xmas ornament kits. I also like to do collages. Crafts that I can do with my 5 year old daughter are always cool, though :)

your very much welcome, thanks for joining the bubble swap :)
I know! Doesn't that suck?
It does console me a bit to know that Jim Butcher has Dresden's story planned out for like 20 something (or more) books, so I can get my fix that way. :)
Thanks again for bending the rules for me. How are things going for you?
Welcome! It's good to see you here! By the way, did you hear the very bad news? Dresden Files has been CANCELLED! B*stards!
