NOTE: The best way to leave me a message is through swap-bot and not my email. Thanks
Let's see, where should I begin? I haven't writen anything "about me" in a long time. I've been filling out school applications, doctor forms, activity slips, permission slips and the like "about child" for many years now. So, to take a moment to reflect upon myself is kind of fun, even though I'm drawing a blank at this very instance. Hmmm.
Well, I guess I'll start with the basics. I am proud to call myself a wife and mother. I feel blessed with the best family in the world. I have four children and two canine (lap) children. Our oldest daughter just turned 16....(yikes), our second daughter is 13...(double yikes), next is our fun 9 year old son and last but, not least (even though small), is our 6 month old little girl.
We live in the river city of Louisville, KY...where thoroughbred horses, Kentucky Bourbon and the UofL Cardinals reign supreme. Not necessarily in that order, depending on whom you talk to:)
Although I'm a busy mom who sometimes doesn't know if she's coming or going, or if it's morning or night, for that matter...I still crave and somehow find that little bit of time for a couple of things that I like to do. Which is why I was excited about coming across swap-bot. It's the perfect thing for me to be able to feed my inner artistic soul, while being able to choose from so many swaps that fit into my current lifestyle.
I hope you enjoy reading my profile, as I hope to someday read yours.
Hugs and crafts,
Sena
I like a lot of music, just about everything... Classical, rock, and top 40 are at the top of my list. While country and jazz, are probably my least favorite, (although, some country is okay). But, I'm usually playing a good movie soundtrack, that's my favorite.
I tend to lean towards memoirs, autobiographies, (non-fiction), how to books...i,e decorating, crafts, sewing, etc. And, I love my magazines...Real Simple, Traditional home, House beautiful. Also love chidren's books...The Giving Tree, I'll be Yours Til the Cows Come Home, The Velveteen Rabbit, (right now, I'm reading "Eat Pray Love" and I'm loving it).
