I am a 32 year old woman happily married to my soul mate James. We were married on October 31st, 2003. We don't have any children yet (have had some problems with that) but are hopeful to have at least one. My widowed mother Debi lives with us. (She's like my best friend :) ) I have 3 "furbabies"...my cats Marley, Nermal and Pookie. I work in a restaurant drive thru (Frisch's Big Boy) and have been there since I was 16. (Not the most glamorous of jobs but at least it kinda pays the bills lol). I plan to go back to school to be a pharmacy technician next year. I am addicted to tattoos...I already have 20 with no plans of stopping anytime soon :) I am a die-hard Cincinnati Bengals fan (WHO-DEY!!). I am a total Pinterest addict! There are so many good ideas out there :) I like to cook and bake, and love to try out new healthy recipies. The hubby and I are on a weight loss/ getting healthy journey together right now. I also love anything to do with Zombies...I even participate in our cities annual zombie walk (not sure what that is? Look it up it's a lot of fun!) I enjoy doing crafts of any kind, and I like to write poetry. (I've been published in 6 anthologies). I want to write a novel someday :) Ummm I really can't think of anything else right now lol :)
I listen to anything and everything!! I don't really buy cd's anymore since I have so much music (Right now my ipod has 13,321 songs on it lol) I just buy digital copies from iTunes and emusic. I don't like a whole lot of country music though. Some of my faves are Rob Zombie, Green Day, Eminem, Pink, The Beatles, John Mayer, Coldplay, Bob Dylan, Muse, Adele, The Beastie Boys (R.I.P. MCA) Neil Young, Tori Amos, Nicki Minaj, Metallica, Led Zepplin, and The Misfits :)
Just like my taste in music, I will read anything once! ( I figure if someone took the time to write it I can take the time to read it lol). My fave all time books are The Pillars of the Earth and World Without End by Ken Follett, The Hunger Games Trilogy by Suzanne Collins, 1984 by George Orwell, She's Come Undone by Wally Lamb, The Lovely Bones, The Star Wars Darth Bane Trilogy, and The Stand by Stephen King. Some of my favorite authors are Kim Harrison, Charlaine Harris, Laurell K. Hamilton, P.C. Cast, Stephanie Meyer, Dean Koontz, and Robert McCammon.
And again in Movies I watch everything!! The husband and I have an extensive movie collection..We have a little of everything from Disney to Horror lol :) Some of my favorites are all of the Harry Potters, The Hunger Games, George Romero's Dawn, Day and Night of the Living Dead, A Clockwork Orange, Full Metal Jacket, The Shining, 2001: A Space Oddyssey, (I'm a bit of a Stanely Kubrick junkie lol), all of the Jurassic Parks, Return to Me, The Stand and Titanic.
There is really a bunch of good tv right now! My absolute faves are The Walking Dead, Dexter, True Blood, Game of Thrones, Hell on Wheels, Glee, Modern Family, House, Touch, Master Chef, Hells Kitchen, The Voice, American Idol, Alcatraz, Survivor, So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing With The Stars, Teen Mom and 16 and Pregnant (my guilty pleasures lol), The Simpsons, Robot Chicken, Squidbillies, Hoarders, All My Children, Family Guy, Craft Wars, Our America with Lisa Ling, Whale Wars, Ice Road Truckers.
I am a craft machine! Right now I am making (and selling) yarn and other kinds of wreaths, felt and fabric flowers, headbands and hairbows, drink coasters and magnet boards. I make t-shirt rag rugs so I can always use old shirts (and wife-beaters) to cut up for fabric. I would really like some old flannel shirts to make flowers out of. I am slowly teaching myself how to crochet (I really want to make an afghan someday) and I also want to learn to knit. I like making mosiac stepping stones. I do my own nails so I am always looking for crafty new ways to do designs on them :) I also love anyway to be green and save money at the same time so I recently began making my own laundry detergent and my own reusable dryer sheets :)

My kitchen and dining room are done in apples, both of my bathrooms are done in a beachy/ocean theme. My bedroom is done in a dragon/oriental theme. I recently moved and my living room really doesn't have a whole lot in it right now, but my furniture is dark blue and gold...ideas for decorating lol?? Since we moved into the new house and have a decent sized yard now the hubby and I have gotten into gardening a bit. We have a bunch of flowers and hostas planted (which are doing great), and attempted a veggie garden (although out of the 10 things I planted all that grew is my cucumbers, lettuce and canteloupes lol). I can always use gardening gloves and hand trowels, hoes etc.
