Hello crafters!

My name is Melissa and I'm 23. I'm currently finishing my bacherlor's degree in cultural Anthropology and Human Geography. I'm planning on doing a Master in African studies and Developpment. I grew up in Switzerland but raised by an american mother, I, therefor, feel home in both countries.

I have a passion for nature, I love to do activities that envolve discovering it. I also love travelling and meet people from different horizons.

I'm not an artist but I think one could say I have an artistic spirit. I paint, do pottery and any kind of crafts!

I'm very excited about joining swap-bot and make/recieve stuff for/from people around the world!

I enjoy any kind of music, I like to discover new sounds. I have temporary obsetions, I can listen to one artist every day, all day for a week or more, then change for an other. I'm very into blues, rythm'n'blues, alternativ pop, rock, oldies, tri-pop, and much more!

I have a passion for cinema. It would take to long to list all of my favorite movies. For an idea, my favorite directors are; Tim Burton, Kevin Smith, The Cohen Brothers, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Klapish, and many more! I also like asian cinema

Paper flowers, fabric flowers, collages, painting (as much abstract pictures then anything that has a surface: tables, magnets, boxes...), decorate furnitures,...and I guess cooking goes hear. I love to make up my own recipes, especially for pasteries, discover new flavors and tips.

I like flower power styled fabrics, papers, stickers, etc. I have a thing for papers (different colors, qualities, made with different material,...), butterflies, flowers, kawaii stuf (stickers, papers, note cards,...) stuff to put in the hair.

Food, parfums, anything religion related (just not my thing, no offence), animals on stickers.
