I love books. All of them. Reading is one of my favorite things--I love the way a good story can transport you. I also love tearing up old books and making them into something new. I used to feel guilty about that, but I'm over it now.

I've always dabbled in artistic pursuits, but only recently have gotten remotely serious about it. I'm experimenting with altered books, collage, ATCs, and have some ideas for ancestor art. I also enjoy fiber arts, particularly spinning, dying, and crocheting.

I'm a crazy homeschooling mom of two energetic children. Trying to find myself amongst all the chaos :)

I love old things. I do a lot of family history work, and love the old stories, the old ways of making things. I'm working on ideas for art about ancestors . . . we'll see how they turn out...
