Vision quests always sound like they'd be awesome. I once picked up some vision quest tea in college, the local metaphysical store had one people in the area really liked. I can't say it helped me with meditation, or a vision quest, but I do recall I don't like the taste of wormwood.
Your sound therapy sounds (hehe) like it would be awesome. I love different kinds of therapy, I swear cranio sacral therapy saved my life.

I was so moved to read that you use the singing bowls, just this year I been enchanted with the sound and I need to try a local class with them. I have taken classed in past life regression and animal spirit guides and really found them to help my spiritual development improve. Also, I have a deck of cards and small booklet on Kuan Yin that really is great for centering me each day. I read the reading, do a meditation and then end with a prayer. SO powerful and peaceful.
Someone very important to me survived a similar CVA and his wisdom has given me so much, I believe that you give much also. Thanks for a wonderful profile! jan
