Hi! I was reading through a WA thread in the LLL group. I clicked everyone nearby the areas I may be moving to. I'd love to get in touch with you! (posted in LLL - Currently, I'm in Ohio, but plan to move to either the Olympia or Tacoma area in the next 3-6 months. I don't know anyone out there so would love to have some new friends there! Feel free to PM me since i don't always check threads on groups :) )
I seem to be choosing photos that look like where I already live! This one I just love because all my life I have been a night owl. I have always loved sunset, golden hour. In the past year I have worked on shifting my body clock back/bedtime back so I could be more in tune with the rest of society. Well this has given me the opportunity to experience many more sunrises that I had missed all my life, there is just a different quality between sunrise and sunset, yet similarities as well. The angle of the light gives me a sense of peace and quiet. I live in the fir forest and when it snows it looks like this.
This image looks like the Snoqualmie Valley where I live. In summer time when I drive into "civilization" early in the morning, I never fail to marvel at the beautiful place I live, and always feel a huge sense of gratitude that I had the opportunity to gaze upon it one more time, and also that the valley can never be developed on because it is in a flood plain.
