About Me

I am a mom to 3- Micheal 20-who is married to Holly, Katie 17, & Emily 13. I have been married to my high school sweetheart Luke for almost 21 years. I own my own photography business. I stay so busy with that ....I rarely have time to do all the crafts I love to do. Most of the things I sew or create is for use in my studio. I am a fun crazy person ! I love to travel...mostly to Colorado to camp or ski, Texas to see family OR Vegas...home of the GIANT margaritas !

Favorite Crafts

I love scrapbooking...though I rarely have time to do it anymore. I love to make cards- greeting cards. I love to use stamps- for cards or anything I can stamp on ! haha I love to sew- my current projects are initial onesies & tshirts- for family & studio use. Also onesies with tie sewn on...so cute for the baby boys that come into studio. I also sew flaps for my interchangeable camera bag. I am also a big ribbon fan & make alot of hairbows for studio. I LOVE crocheted hats...BUT cant crochet AT ALL....so possibly this would be a good swap ?? I also love to make jewelry. I use beads or glass tiles & photos...just whatever hits my creative nerve...hahah My newest fun thing I have started making is ATC cards...just started this weekend...my mom got me started...thanks MOM another project to my list...

My likes & LOVES

I am a huge Texas Longhorn fan...so I LOVE BURNT orange and anything Texas ! I love love love the color pink...any shade ! I have recently changed my eating habits & have gone COMPLETLY VEGAN....hard task but so far I have lost 25 pounds :) I LOVE margaritas ! I love photo frames. I love anything with a camera on it. I love surprises. I am also a fabric hoarder...I have SO MUCH FABRIC...but I LOVE it...I swear someday I will get caught up & sew something with all that I have...but I keep buying more ! haha I think if you are sending me something...I am going to like it ...unless its broken or smells like cigerette smoke...then yea...I wont like that :)

Comment: Thanks! I enjoyed your answers. I traveled to Nebraska for the first time this past February to visit family and while we didn't stop at it, I thought the Kearney Archway looked pretty cool. I wanted to take a photo of it but my camera was in my suitcase and we didn't stop on the way back because we were pressed for time and again no photo, this time my camera batteries were dead! LOL But I loved NE! I can't wait to go back. Not sure where you are in NE but while I was there, I heard of a place called Fort Cody. Have you ever been there? Next time I get to NE I am going to go. From what I understand it fits right in as being a "tourist trap". Oh boy...sorry for the book on your comments.
