I am a grandmother of 5 grandsons ages 10-22 and 1 granddaughter age 4. My husband and I share a house with my daughter and her three children. I love this arrangement most of the time.
I have been sewing most of my life. I get great pleasure from making things for my granddaughter and watching her show them off. About 5 years ago, I started doing a few craft shows and selling the coloring bags I have been making for the boys for years.
I have lived in the Orlando area for two years. I am from Kansas where I had spent most of my life. I love the weather here. I am trying to break into the craft trade here, which is harder than I thought it would be. I love flowers, candles (especially homemade), homemade soaps, and of course candy. I don't care for dark chocolate, but love milk chocolate. We live in a house, so the mail seldom sits in the box long. Recently I have had a lot of health problems, but am hoping to get healthy soon. The days are cool enough to spend time outside, and I believe the Florida sun may be my best medicine.
I love everything homemade. I feel like it is better quality than store bought. I have never gone in for fancy stuff. I'm just an ordinary person.

I love Christmas. I hope to be able to decorate the house this year. My husband is a wood crafter, and we have some wonderful yard art. At my old home in Kansas, my house was know as the one that would guide in the planes, lol.
