Response: So glad you liked your journal. Way out of my usual color pallet. I'm an earth tone / vintage gal. The cover was made from a dollar store grocery bag that had that waterproof outside. No pics of me in the journal, but the one in the back is the closest. ;-) Oh, I used the Martha Stewart edge punch. You're so very welcome. Happy Crafting!
Response: Glad you liked the PL. Tried to mix it up and not do all 4th July, but I love those TimHoltz stamps! Happy Swapping!
Response: Thanks and glad you got the PL. would love to do a future swap. We could do a private PL. happy swapping.
Response: Thanks and Happy Swapping!
Response: Glad you liked the ATC and Chachkas. When I read your profile, I wanted to do something nice to add to you Josephine collection. Happy Swapping!
Response: Sorry for the late response. Glad you liked the Pocket Letter. Having a blast making the embellishments for PL's. Happy Swapping!
Response: Just glad you received the package. Thanks for the<3, even though it's late.
Response: Hope you got a kick out of the left bottom corner pocket, especially with your profile in mind.
Response: So very glad you enjoyed it. I've been glued to YouTube watching all of the various takes on PL creation. Really had fun.
Response: Thanks! Sorry about the branch, but glad you got the two ATC's. I have plenty branches from a scrangy plumb tree in front of my office. Will send you some. The orange tag was done using TimHoltz march tag technique. We need to have a scrap meet! Any cool stores up your way. Just found two, Golden and COS, since Archivers has closed. Have you tried the pocket letter thingy? Doing my first in May. Don't be surprised if you get one in the mail. Happy Swapping!
Response: So glad your "mail" reached you across the waters. I still have a swap to Oakley that hasn't arrived. My trust in the US postal system has been restored. Happy Swapping!
Response: As the coordinator, you are so very kind. I felt it was "inspired", but honestly wasn't sure if I was supposed to actually draw (not my lane) a design. Thanks for the swappin' luv! Sometimes we "artist" are harder on ourselves!
Response: So glad you liked the ATC. Couldn't wait to use the phrase "hum pug". Such a great play on words. Hope she likes it. Have a great holiday season!
Response: Loved your Profile Name, had to do something with it. Glad the envie, atc's, etc. arrived safely!
Response: So glad you liked the postcard. I get a catalog (Victorian Trading) that I use in a lot of my mail art projects. Welcome to the party. Happy Swapping! PS: lamp can be found in the catalog ;-)
Response: So glad you received and liked my swap to you. This is my "therapy" and I love the idea of bringing a smile to someone's face when they pull one of my "swaps" out of their mailbox. Happy Swapping!
Response: I'd love to keep in touch, but will warn you, my writing is atrocious. Think I'll take up caligraphy (sp) next, so that folks can read my writing.
Response: Hadn't even heard of Kitsch until this ATC swap. Not sure it'll be a permanent add to my creative flow, but it was fun making "Stella" for you!
Response: Thanks for the <3 ! Purchased over sized tea bags (box 100) from the net for less than $7. Sister and I split the box;home made tub tea for her and stampable envelopes for me. I leave, but like a boomerang, seem to come back to the 5280. Home is home. Happy Swapping!
Response: You're so very welcome. Thought I responded, but I may not have this stuff down yet. Happy Swapping!
Response: Truly my pleasure. Still feel new to this swapping game, but love sending out a little piece of me in ATC form. Happy Swapping!
Response: Fell behind in my responding, but very grateful for the <3. Love sending and receiving fun stuff in the mail. Happy Swapping!
Response: Okay, so I thought I responded to this, but maybe I don't have it all down yet ;-)
Thanks for the kind words. This ATC let me know that I better stick to stamping and mixed media. Drawing isn't my thing at all. Please do give me a jingle if you find yourself in the 5280. Love this swapping stuff!
Response: Hello there and sorry for the slow response. I'm a little behind ;-)
Hope you can use the "extras" on a future project. I've started my "swapbot" stash to use on future swaps. Happy Swapping!
Response: Just reading through these comments and I thought I'd responded ;-) oh well it was a treat being able to look on your profile and find something that you liked. Happy Swapping!
Response: Hello back and sorry for the late response. Glad you liked the ATC and love sending little surprises along with the swap. We get enough junk mail, bills, etc., so a little gifty / chachkas are welcome surprises. Happy Swapping!
Response: Boy was that quick. Gotta love the USPO. So glad you liked the Decorated Envie. I really enjoy creating mail art, and your bio had just the right stuff. All you need is some mod podge and pretty paper cut outs. I did use THoltz distress paints and some glimmer mist for the base. Hope you caught the "letter writing" theme. Glad you enjoyed it! Happy Swapping
Response: Wow, that was quick. I'm still pretty nervous until I know the envelope has arrived. Glad you like it. Thanks for the heart! Happy Swapping!
Response: Glad you got it. Sorry about the confusion. I had several swaps going at one time and was all over the place, but got them all mailed. Happy Swapping and thanks for the rating.
Response: Thank you. This has been so fun! I'm still a little anxious about the delivery, but the uspo comes through again. Happy Swapping!
Response: Glad you liked it. Love this swap and sending off fun packages. Happy Swapping!
Response: I'm so glad you received the ATC! I was a little worried, since this is the farthest location to receive a piece of mail from me. Happy Swapping!
Response: Hello Debbie. Did you get the 2nd envelope? So excited I sealed and mailed before adding a few goodies. Let me know. Happy Swapping.
Response: Thanks for your comments, especially the ones to help this newbie. Totally makes sense to add a note or something, I was just trying to get it to you as fast as I could ;-0
There's a group that was suggested for me to join to help navigate the process. Guess I will, but your tips are extremely appreciated. I just went by the directions, but will add a note on the next one ;-)
The flower was from a book called Floral & Nature which includes beautiful images that you can use directly, color copy or print on paper / fabric using the included CD. After fussy cutting the image, I just piled on the Glossy Accents (Ranger product). The envelop came in a package of 25 with folded note cards. I love the paper because I've just started doing "mail art" and the thickness can withstand gesso, paints, stencils, and mod podge. I'll look to see if there's still a label on the package and forward to you.
Well I'm so glad you received #3 and I do hope you and yours are well. Take good care and Happy Swapping!
