International I just love Dotee Dolls; they are such fun to make and receive. You will have one partner, making one Local Dotee. What is a Local Dotee? A Dotee based on your town, state, country - wherever you live. Your Dotee could be made out of the star-spangled banner, union jack or your countries flag. Or something particular to your state or town e.g. a flower, fruit or landmark. All you have to do is be inspired by where you live! Please put a small note with your Dotee explaining what inspired your design. See where Dotee’s started here Dotee tutorial here The rules: International Newbies welcome with a filled out profile and a moderate amount of swaps signed up for – unfortunately, some newbies underestimate the time and cost that go into swaps. Everyone else a rating of 4.75 or above No no-sends in last two months – please PM me if you feel you have been unfairly rated or to let me know what steps you are taking to resolve the rating/s.
