I live in Sacramento, California, USA. My work is Hypnotherapy, Coaching and Energy Field technologies. I am married and have a daughter that is an amazing crafter. I drive a little burgundy colored SUV. My favorite colors are deep greens, beautiful golds and ruby reds. I like to listen to audio books as well as music. I love to travel (especially in Italy), I enjoy wine tasting, creative cooking, creative writing and I love to give lectures and seminars in my field. I am currently writing a self-help workbook.

All kinds of music depending on the mood I am in or depending on the mood I want to create. Music I like includes music put out by Putumayo Productions, like Music from the Wine Lands, Coffee Lands, Tea Lands, and most of their "lounge" type and "party" music. I also enjoy blues, old school, R&B and light jazz. I love audio books - Adventure, travel adventure, mysteries, novels, biographies.

Fun, light, inspiring and silly movies. "Seven Nights, Six Days." Or it might be "Six Nights, Seven Days," "Short Circuit," "Pirates of the Caribbean," "Calendar Girls." I love "Run Lola Run" which is not a silly movie but intense. As you can probably tell, I don't go to movies very much. I prefer watching something on Cable.

Cold Case, Without a Trace, Iron Chef, Top Chef, Top Designer, What Not to Wear, That's Clever, and most how-to shows.

I Love Audio Books: Travel, adventure, or travel adventures, biographies. Favorites are true adventures. Audio books are my favs.

Fairly New Crafter. However, I've taken some art classes. I'm practicing and really liking ATCs, wire jewelry, beading, buttons, painting, vintage art, altered art and fabric and glass painting, old style and vintage art, Day of the Dead arts amd crafts. I especially Love just about anything having to do with mermaids. I Also love seahorses, seagrasses and seaglass. I'm a Pisces, you know. My favorite colors are rich golds, deep greens and ruby reds.
